Shipping Policy – STUDIOJOA

Thank you for visiting STUDIOJOA! All our products are handmade with care, and we want every item to arrive safely and beautifully. Because of the nature of our work, we need a little extra time to prepare your order.

1. Processing Time
Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it is shipped. During product drops or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will always keep you informed.

2. Shipping Method
All orders within the European Union (EU) are shipped via PostNL / MyParcel. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. EU shipping is subject to VAT included.

4. Delivery Time
EU Order: After processing, typical delivery within the EU is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Outside EU: After processing, typical delivery outside the EU is 7–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

5. Customs & Import Duties
EU Orders: no additional customs duties apply
Outside EU: customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes
